This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, being aggrieved of non disposal of I.A.No.465 of 2013 in O.S.No.88 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the learned Special Sessions Judge for trial of cases under SCs & STs (POA) Act, Nalgonda. 2 .

There is no representation for the petitioner/ plaintiff. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the suit was transferred to the Court of the learned V Additional District Judge, Bhongir, and was disposed of on 19.01.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
