This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, under Section 24 of CPC, is filed to withdraw HMOP No.27 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge at Chittor, Chittor District, and transfer the same to the Family Court, Nellore where FCOP No.105 of 2017 is pending. During hearing, both the counsel agreed for withdrawal of HMOP No.27 of 2017 from the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge at Chittor and F.C.O.P.No. 105 of 2017 pending on the file of the Family Court at Nellore and transfer those two matters to the Judge, Family Court at Tirupathi and to that effect, they made an endorsement on the back of the bundle duly signed by both the counsel.

In view of the concession given by both the counsel, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
