O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging the violation of orders dated 04.02.2014 passed in W.P.M.P.No.2766 of 2014 in W.P.No.2268 of 2014 wherein this Court directed the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the process of recruiting and engaging employees to be engaged by the licensed agencies i.e., members of 1st petitioner association.

Counter affidavit is filed by the respondents stating that respondents have made appointments prior to passing of the interim order dated 04.02.2014 and after passing of the interim order, respondents have not engaged any persons.

They allowed the petitioners to engage their persons.

Heard both sides.

In view of the submission made by the respondents in the counter affidavit, I do not see any contempt of the order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in case the respondents interfere with the process of recruitment and engaging of employees. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
