CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP.No.2936 of 2016 Dated:04.9.2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue an appropriate Writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with order dated 10.6.2015 in O.A.No.2013 of 2010 with V.M.A.No.1137 of 2010 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and to quash or setaside the same by holding as erroneous and contrary to law."

Learned Special Government Pleader, representing the learned Advocate General for the State of Telangana, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition as, the present Writ Petition suffers from an incurable defect of the same being supported by the affidavit of one Smt Z.S.N.Padma Jyothi, who is one of the parties to the litigation being respondent No.4.

In view of this request, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel, WPMP.No.29817 of 2017 stands disposed of as infructuous.
