When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court is complied with antedate rejecting the case of the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
