THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.13314 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation on 27.03.2017 to the second respondent but no action has been taken thereon. On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri M.A. Muzeeb, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Wakf Board, appearing for respondent No.2 that the representation, dated 27.03.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner would be considered and appropriate action would be taken. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to take appropriate action pursuant to the representation, dated 27.03.2017, submitted by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
