THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.873 of 2022 ORDER:

Alleging violation of the order dated 09.03.2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.10957 of 2022, the present Contempt Case has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 has stated that the officials of the Gram Panchayat have already stopped the construction activity of the respondent No.5 and had complied with the order of this Court and as on date, there is no construction activity being undertaken by any person.

The above made statement is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the above, this Contempt Case is closed.
