THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 33418 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This Writ Petition is directed against a cryptic order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench in M.A.No. 605 of 2015 in O.A.No. 627 of 2015 dismissing the said M.A. We would have much appreciated if at least one or two reasons are assigned by the Tribunal instead of merely saying 'M.A.No. 605 of 2015 is dismissed'. Reasons are always essential and they must lead to the conclusion. It is all the more so if the body, which passes the order, is an adjudicatory body. The lines on which the mind was applied would get reflected only by the reasons assigned. In normal circumstances, we would have been compelled to set aside the cryptic order by which M.A.
No. 605 of 2015 was dismissed and remit the matter back for consideration afresh to the Tribunal, but however, the situation is saved to a certain extent where Sri K.V. Satyanarayana, learned Senior Counsel would submit that pleadings are already complete in O.A.No. 627 of 2015 and there is also imminent urgency in hearing the matter on out of turn basis, as, if the respondents fill-up all the vacancies and even if ultimately the petitioners herein succeed in the O.A., it might become difficult for them to get the relief granted by the Tribunal implemented by the respondents promptly. With a view to avoid any such apprehended danger, we request the Central Administrative Tribunal to bestow time and energy and ensure that O.A. No.
627 of 2015 is taken up for consideration on merits and let it be decided as expeditiously as is possible, preferably before the end of November 2015.
With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
