HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6838 of 2014 O R D E R :

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the case ended in conviction of the accused vide order dt.25.01.2017 in C.C.No.76 of 2014, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order granted by this Court on 27.06.2014 shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
