This writ petition is filed challenging inaction of the 3rd and 4th respondents, Assistant Commissioner of Police and Station House Officer, Neredmet Police Station, respectively, in registering the case pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.03.2019 sent on 22.03.2019 through RLAD. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that based on the complaint dated 18.03.2019 of the petitioner case in F.I.R. No.502 of 2019 was registered.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
