THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.6043 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in threatening to dispossess/interfering in the petitioner's plot No.1/262, Sy.No.6, Moosapet village Kukatpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, at the instance of the 6th respondent as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Government Pleader for Home had placed on record the written instructions dated 21.02.2017 received from the Inspector of Police, Kukatpally Police Station denying the allegations made by the petitioner. However, it is also stated in the written instructions that a Crime No.120 of 2017 was registered under Sections 448, 427 IPC on the file of Kukatpally Police station on 19.2.2017 and the investigation was under process and necessary steps would be taken depending on the evidence adduced during the course investigation.

It is further stated in the written instructions that the respondent police are not interfering with the affairs of the petitioner and not threatening the petitioner and trying to dispossess the petitioner is utterly false and there is no basis for such of the allegation and the respondent police have no such intention to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 6th respondent.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs. ____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 23rd August 2017 Gk
