Heard Mr.Kiran Kumar for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner challenges the unilateral deletion of name of petitioner from online for an extent of Ac.1-32 cents in Survey No.1592 of T.Sundupalle Village Fields, T.Sundupalle Mandal, Y.S.R. District. The unilateral change is filed as annexure. The petitioner to show that at one point of time in all the revenue records, the name of petitioner was reflected has filed Adangal copy. A look at the Pahani dated 14.09.2016 and the Pahani dated 17.03.2018, it can be stated that there is alteration in remarks column. The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner, if files a request in proper format or gives a representation to 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent will look into the grievance and pass orders expeditiously. The statement is placed on record. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:

The petitioner is given liberty to file request/ representation before 3rd respondent within four weeks from today and the 3rd respondent to pass orders within four weeks thereafter. No order as to costs.
