Sri Ch. Satish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that a subsequent notification was issued by the Petroleum Corporation for grant of dealership and the same was also challenged in another writ petition, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same can be closed as infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
