Revised Pension Rules as void, illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to release the provisional pension and other benefits as per G.O.Rt.No.1097 F & P Department dated 22.06.2000 with interest @ of 18o/o p.a. from the date of retirement of the applicant till the date of actual payment is made. Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 02.01.2014, passed interim order as follows:- "Pending disposal of the O.A. the respondents are directed to release the provisional pension and other benefits to the applicant as per G.O.Rt.No.1097 F&P (FW-Pen.I) Department, dated 22.06.2000. This process should be completed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the interirr order dated 02.01.20L4, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has acceded to the same. 3.
Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 4.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
