THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.906 of 2008 JUDGMENT:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, under Section 23 of the Railways Claims Tribunal Act, 1987, is filed by the appellants/claimants, assailing the order, dated 05.01.2006, passed by the Railways Claims Tribunal, Secunderabad Bench at Secunderabad, in O.A.A.No.273 of 1999.

As there was no representation for the appellants on 10.06.2015, the matter was directed to be listed on 15.06.2015. Even on 15.06.2015, there was no representation for the appellants and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today also, there is no representation for the appellants.
