HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.17113 2019 ORDER :
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration.
2. According to the petitioner, the General Power of Attorney document dated 25.07.2019 presented for registration before the 2nd respondent - Sub Registrar by paying the stamp duty and registration charges is not received and processed for registration for no valid reason. A copy of the payment challan is enclosed as Ex.P-3 at page No.15 of the writ petition paper book.
3. If that is so, subject to petitioner presenting the document within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, the same shall be received and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Registration Act and Rules made thereunder.
