HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.29865 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he was imposed punishment vide G.O.Rt.No.165, dated 04-02-2016, wherein the punishment of dismissal on the petitioner has been modified withholding three annual increments with cumulative effect. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the employees involved in the similar incident, similar punishment was imposed, without cumulative effect was imposed. On that the petitioner made a representation dated 21-08-2017 to consider his case. But no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 21-08-2017 in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
