ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the order dated 3.11.2001 passed by the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in CMA No.5 of 2001, as well as the order dated 16.12.2000, passed by the Authority under the Payment of Wages Act in P.W.Case.No.4 of 1999, have been complied with by the petitioners.

Since the petitioners have complied with the said orders, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
