HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.17072 OF 2019 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

2. The petitioner claims to have applied for permission for construction of building comprising of Ground + Two floors in House No.12-2-37/B/160/1, Zeba Bagh, Asifnagar, Hyderabad.

On 10.05.2019, petitioner was asked to submit revised plan by closing all openings i.e. windows, ventilators etc., towards southern side in all floors of the proposed building. Petitioner was also asked to pay additional amount of Rs.4,97,195/-. According to the learned counsel by way of bankers cheque dated 14.05.2019, the amount demanded was paid and the petitioner has already submitted the revised plan, but the respondents are not processing the building permission application.

If the petitioner has already complied with the requirements mentioned in letter dated 14.05.2019, the building permission application submitted by the petitioner shall be processed and if the same is otherwise in order, be granted, within a period for four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the competent authority is not satisfied with the revised plan submitted by the petitioner, the petitioner shall be intimated about the same and in

response, if the petitioner complies with the requirements, the application for permission shall be further processed.

4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J August 09, 2019 KTL
