HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.339 of 2017 Order:

Aggrieved by an order passed by the Trial Court impounding the document and directing the petitioner to pay stamp duty with penalty, the plaintiff in a suit for specific performance has come up with the present revision petition.

2. Heard Mr. D.Sarath Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Admittedly, there is an endorsement on the reverse of the 1st page of agreement of sale that possession has been delivered. Therefore, the Trial Court was right in its opinion. I find no irregularity in the order of the Trial Court. Hence, the revision is dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs. __________________________ V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J.
