THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Criminal Petition No.4955 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-accused, to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.245 of 2017 on the file of Special Mobile Magistrate Court, Nuzvid, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of I.P.C. and Section 138 of The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-accused, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondent-State and perused the record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, no opinion is expressed with regard to the merits of the case, the petitioneraccused is entitled to work out the remedies available under law, before the Court below.
