HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Contempt Case No.1916 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard Sri P. Govindarajulu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri P. Durga Prasad, learned standing counsel for APSRTC.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that only 75% of the salary has been paid to the petitioner. On the other hand, learned standing counsel appearing for the Corporation would submit that entire amount due to the petitioner has been paid and therefore, the order passed by this court has been duly complied with.

3. Under these circumstances, the Corporation is directed to furnish the details of the payment to the petitioner and the contempt case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to initiate fresh proceedings, if any amount has become due to be paid by the Corporation. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this case, shall stand closed.
