THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.45862 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the houses situated at Chenchu Gudem, Yellur Gram Panchayat, Kollapur Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the government is ready and willing to pay compensation to the petitioners as and when the Executive Engineer, Palamuru-Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme (PRLIS), Kollapur submits the technical estimates of 13 houses of the petitioners.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, the respondents are hereby directed to pay the compensation to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible. 4.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
