At the hearing, Sri B. Vijay Kumar, counsel, representing Sri V.L.N.G.K. Murthy, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the cause in this appeal does not survive for adjudication. In view of the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to the dismissal of the appeal, interim suspension granted by this Court on 07.03.2008 is vacated and CMA.MP.No.364 of 2008 shall stand closed.
