I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to reduce the surety amount imposed in the condition No.i of the order dated 19.06.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.7214 of 2025.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Coolie and was out of earnings, as such, the petitioner cannot afford excessive surety amount, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.No.7214 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Mobile) under PCR Actcum-II Additional Junior Civil Judge for Prohibition and Excise Cases at Hanumakonda.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
