THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 17094 OF 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging inaction of the 3rd respondent, Station House Officer, Sirgapur Police Station, in proceeding with the investigation in relation to FIR No.57 of 2017 dt.19.03.2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 IPC against the respondent Nos.4 to 11.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of the written instructions dt.09.08.2019 of the Circle Inspector of Police, Kangiti Circle, Sangareddy District and based on the same he submits that investigation was completed and final report was filed on 27.01.2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narayankhed.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
