Learned counsel for the appellant called absent. But, he filed a Memo dated 07.04.2022, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Telangana, Hyderabad, stating that the matter is amicably settled out of the Court and thus, the appellant in the Second Appeal, intended to withdraw the Second Appeal and filed a letter of undertaking given by the appellant to that effect.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
