This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.269 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Gadwal.

When this matter has come up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. No stay was granted by this Court earlier. The above C.C. pertains to the year 2009. In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief in this petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
