HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14902 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in taking action against respondent No.7 in the capacity of respondent No.6, pursuant to the complaint dated 19.03.2018, inspite of the repeated visits made by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dated 24.04.2018, stating that the Station House Officer has not received any complaint as alleged by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will make fresh complaint.

In view of the above, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh complaint and on such complaint being made by the petitioner, the competent authority is directed to take action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
