THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3535 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A3 in P.R.C. No.7 of 2015 on the file of the court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Siddipet, Medak District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to hem under law including filing of fresh petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the certified copy of the charge sheet filed in this criminal petition may be directed to be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. The Registry is directed to return certified copy of charge sheet to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
