THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION Nos.22383, 22420, 22520, 22523, 22785, 22834 and 22848 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Since all these writ petitions raise common issue for adjudication, they are taken up together, heard and being disposed of by this common order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.39888 of 2015 passed on 09.12.2015 wherein this Court directed the 2nd respondent therein to consider for release of the seized vehicles. As such, petitioners herein may also be extended the same relief. Learned Government Pleader also fairly conceded for the same.

In that view of the matter, all the writ petitions are disposed of following the decision of this Court in W.P.No.39888 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015 directing the 2nd respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicles. Since the petitioners have already submitted their respective applications to the said respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed the consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.5, Industries & Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.02.2015 within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
