Heard both sides.
* The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner is a native of State of Telangana on the ground that petitioner choose an examination centre at Nanded, Maharashtra, her state of eligibility is wrongly shown as 'State of Maharashtra' instead of 'State of Telangana' and her name has not been included in the iist of eligible candidates for NEET UG-2O2O for admission into MBBS course in the State of Telangana.
3. Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, Standing Counsel for 2"d respondent-University states on instructions that il the petitioner were to upload an application along with relevant certificates including the study certificates from Class VII to XII showing that she is a domicile of Telangana State, the 2n,1 respondent is willing to consider the petitioner's case for grant of admission in the State of Telangana on merit.
4. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to upload by tomorrow an application to the 2"d respondent along with all relevant certificates including study certificates from Class VII to XII, in
support of the petitioner's case that she ought to be treated as a student eligible for admission to the MBBS Course in the State of Telangana under local category' No order as to costs' 5.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any' shal1 stand closed'
