ORDER

This criminal petition under Sections 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A3 seeking to grant bail in connection with Cr.No.245 of 2015-16 of Prohibition and Excise Police Station, Narsipatnam, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

It is alleged that on 06.06.2015 at 06.15 hours near Yetigairampeta bust stop of Golugonda Mandal, the police officials arrested the accused for being in possession and transportation of 120 Kgs of dry ganja in four gunny bags and they also seized one TATA Indica car along with a cash of Rs.900/-.

4. Earlier bail application filed by the petitioners was dismissed by this Court. Filing of charge sheet is not a ground for grant of bail in case of commercial quantity. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
