HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14804 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not finalizing/concluding the disciplinary proceedings pending against him, in pursuance of charge memo issued to him vide G.O.Rt.No.828, dated 29.11.2016, and that on the said ground he is also not being paid his retiremental benefits. Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the respondent authorities are directed to conclude the enquiry pending against the petitioner and pass final orders, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter take action for release of pensionary benefits as per rules depending upon outcome of disciplinary proceedings.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
