ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order dated 3.11.2001 passed by the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in CMA No.7 of 2001, as well as the order dated 16.12.2000, passed by the Authority under the Payment of Wages Act in P.W.Case.No.5 of 1999, have been complied with by the petitioner-company.

Since the petitioner has complied with the said orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
