HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10972 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under sections 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.15 seeking to grant bail in S.C. No.73 of 2010 on the file of the II-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole in connection with crime No.150 of 2008 of Singarayakonda Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 396, 400, 402, 412, 414, 201 and 120-B IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioner are that he along with the other accused conspired together and committed decoity of an iron loaded lorry in the highway, by committing murder of the driver and cleaner of that lorry. Taking into consideration the gravity of the offences alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him.
