This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondents in not registering the crime pursuant to the complaint filed by him on 16.07.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondents, on written instructions, submits that after conducting investigation, the police found that the petitioner has nothing to do with the crime and his name is not arrayed as accused in the crime. 3.

In view of the aforesaid instructions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
