This writ petition is filed for a direction to the official respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.07.2017 seeking police protection against respondents 5 and 6 in respect of the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.41 cents in Survey No.37/1A2, situated at Patrapalle Village, V.Kota Mandal, Chittoor District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that in pursuance of the representation filed by the petitioner seeking police protection, the same was forwarded to the 4th respondent; that the 4th respondent police have conducted an enquiry and found that a civil dispute is pending in OS.No.94/2017 between petitioner and 5th and 6th respondents; and that the petitioner has not obtained any order from the Civil Court directing the police to provide protection to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid instructions of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make an application seeking police protection before the trial Court and on such application being made the

trial Court is directed to pass orders, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
