VENKATESH presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Proc. R.C.No.A2/664/2015 dated 29.05.2015, issued by the 3rd Respondent finalizing the seniority list in the cadre of Jr.

Asst by deleting the name of the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and against principles of Natural Justice, and consequently direct the-Respondents to include petitioner name in the final seniority list in the cadre of Jr. Asst. as per the earlier final seniority list dated 01.09.2012,; AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.

V. Santhosh, S/o Ganapathi, Occ: Jr. Asst. Sree Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Devastanam, Vemulavada, Karimnagar District, T.S are directed to show cause as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this writ petition should not be admitted.

The 2nd respondent is directed not to effect promotions to the post of Senior Assistant in the cadre of Junior Assistants for a period of 6 (six) weeks. Post after two weeks in Adjourned Motion list for filing counter.
