Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Panchayath Raj appearing for respondents 1 & 3, and Sri R.Padma Rekha, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent. 2.

Petitioner had filed an appeal on 12.09.2016 before the 3rd respondent challenging the order dt.31.01.2016 of the 2nd respondent imposing a warning apart from fine of Rs.1,000/- on the petitioner and directing the petitioner to remit Rs.7,571/- to the Commissioner, Rural Development Hyderabad. 3.

The Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
