When the matter was listed on 17.7.2018, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, the matter was adjourned. On 14.08.2018, when the matter was called, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the matter to be posted next week under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the matter. 2.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
