This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw O.S. No.179 of 2011 from the file of Second Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to the file of V Additional District Judge, Ongole for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is granted.
