THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 24425 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop dealer of Vemavaram Village, Machavaram Mandal, Guntur district. When the stocks were not supplied to the petitioner from the month of October, 2014, the present writ petition was filed.

In the present writ petition, Notice before admission was ordered on 05.08.2015 and inspite of service of notice, the learned Government Pleader could not get any instructions. In the circumstances, this Court is constrained to allow the writ petition by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to supply stocks to the petitioner so long as petitioner's authorization is valid and subsisting as on today.

Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
