This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent police in not registering the complaints of the petitioner dt.08.07.2019 and 03.08.2019 against the 5th respondent and others. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.13.08.2019, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Gachibowli P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerage, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt.08.07.2019, GD entry was made and enquiry was conducted; and that after enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.446/2019, under Sections 509, 506, 323, r/w.34 IPC, on the file of Gachibowli Police Station on 09.08.2019. In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
