When it is pointed out to learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ affidavit is bereft of any details, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty institute fresh writ petition giving full details and impleading proper parties.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
