This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent police in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dt.24.07.2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.13.08.2019, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Gachibowli P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerate, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a GD entry was made and enquiry was conducted; and that after enquiry a case was registered in Crime No.445/2019, under Sections 447, 427, 506 and 323, r/w.34 IPC, on the file of Gachibowli Police Station, on 09.08.2019.

In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
