THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.12964 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioners/respondent Nos.4 to 6 seeking to quash the D.V.C. No.6 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, at Mahaboobnagar.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/respondents and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. The 2nd Respondent herein filed the present complaint against the petitioners herein seeking certain reliefs under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the further proceedings against petitioners. In any event considering the nature of allegations against petitioners/respondent Nos.4 to 6, their presence on each and every hearing before the trial Court is dispensed with, but they shall appear before the trial Court when the trial Court insists for their appearance for any specific purpose. The trial Court is directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.6 of 2016 positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
