Gajula Papa Rao v. The Life Insurance Corporation Of India
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.17128 of 2019 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order of this Court in W.P.No.10572 of 2012, dated 18.07.2019.
Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and upon such representation being received, the respondent Corporation shall consider the case of the petitioner for appointment in the non-joined post, if he is the next meritorious candidate in the merit list, and pass appropriate orders in eight weeks thereafter. It is needless to say that the respondent Corporation shall consider the case of the petitioner only against the 50 vacancies of non-joined posts. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J Date: 09.08.2019 Prv
