CRLP. NO:4881 of 2O18 Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Station House Officer, Shamshabad Police Station, to release the Petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with Cr.No. 1OB of 2018 of Shamshabad Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 01.05.2018 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C Damodar Reddy Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor(Tc) for the respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER
The condition in ti\e order dated O1.O5.2o18 in Crl.P.No.4881 of 2018 of "the petitioner shall not leave the headquarters and shall stay at Hyderabad and shall not leave Hyderabad without prior permission of the Magistrate concerned' is modified as "the petitioner shall move the Headquarters without prior permission of the learned Magistrate concerned. So far as the present requirement to perform UMRAH to go to Soudi Arabia concerned, permitted for 8 (eight) weeks from today subject to execution of FDR for the amount of RS.3,OO,OOO/- (Rupees three lakhs only).
