Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Alleging that all the entries made in the revenue records reflect the names of the unofficial respondents, a revision was preferred by the petitioners under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 in the year 2017 and the same is yet to be disposed of. He further alleges that Ex.P3 is the notice issued in July, 2019 fixing the date of hearing on 06.07.2019 at 11:00 A.M. But, according to learned counsel for the petitioners, it is now posted to 07.09.2019. 3.

Since the revision is of the year 2017, the Joint Collector, Yadadri Bhuvangiri, the 2nd respondent, is directed to dispose of the revision expeditiously by affording due opportunity to the rival parties preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
